What products can be frozen in a fluidized bed IQF freezer?

The SLD series is suitable for small and particulate foods such as berries, diced fruit, broccoli florets, peas, beans, cut vegetables, dates and similar products. Final suitability depends on piece size, moisture, inlet temperature and target core temperature.

What is the capacity range of the SLD series?

The supplied SLD technical table lists models from SLD-500 to SLD-3000, with reference capacities from 500 to 3,000 kg/h. Capacity is confirmed against the actual food product and operating conditions.

What is the typical freezing time?

The supplied SLD series parameter sheet states a reference range of 4–40 minutes with variable-frequency regulation. Actual freezing time changes with product type, piece size, moisture and target temperature.

What inlet and outlet temperatures are required?

The supplied reference table uses +15°C inlet material temperature and -18°C outlet material temperature. These are design-basis values and should be confirmed for each project.

What is the difference between semi-fluidized and fully fluidized freezing?

Semi-fluidized freezing uses controlled airflow and product movement for products that need gentler handling. Fully fluidized freezing provides stronger lifting and separation for suitable small pieces. The selection depends on the food and process test results.

Can the freezer be integrated with a complete preprocessing line?

Yes. The freezer can be combined with washing, sorting, blanching, water pre-cooling, ice-water cooling, dewatering, air drying, vibration feeding, weighing and packing equipment.

How is the refrigeration system selected?

Refrigeration capacity, refrigerant and operating conditions are selected according to freezer model, product load, ambient climate, local utilities and the final project design.

Can the freezer be customized for strawberries, broccoli, mango or dates?

Yes. These products can require different airflow, belt speed, handling and preprocessing settings. We confirm the design basis before recommending the configuration.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Please provide the product, piece size, target hourly output, inlet temperature, target core temperature, operating hours, factory location, available space and any existing preprocessing equipment.
