Its compact, multi-layer spiral structure occupies about one-third to one-half less space than conventional freezers of similar capacity. Both top-blow and lateral-blow airflow are available, while adjustable freezing times from 20 to 90 minutes support products with different sizes, temperatures, and processing requirements. The system handles prepared foods, small packages, cross-cut meats, ice cream, seafood, fruits, and vegetables. Its flexible configuration helps manufacturers simplify production while maintaining stable product quality across delicate produce and heavier meat products.
